To Joomla or Not to Joomla Your Website

That is the question I get asked all the time.  Which is the best software to use?  Is Wordpress better for a blog than Joomla?  What about Drupal?

Joomla has the larger market share than the others, so more development is being done in that arena.  You can just about name a topic and there is an extension that will get the job done.  Some extensions work better than others, so do your research carefully.  But I get ahead of myself... that's for another topic in the future.

Just remember, you don't have to pay an arm and a leg for Joomla.  It's Open Source!  That means the software is free, and is constantly being refined.  Extensions may be free or commercial, but again, that's another discussion.

The next topic should be 10 good reasons to have a Joomla website... and the #1 reason that I can think of is "Content is King."
